There would be various reason why your legs itch with leggings. If you have dry skin or are prone to eczema, fabrics like nylon , silk, wool etc can irritate and cause further dryness and itching. Dermatitis is a type of a skin irritation that can also occur with certain fabrics and tight compression type garment. Dry skin also causes irritation and itching. It is important to moisturise well. If you do have eczema or sensitive skin avoid those fabrics .

Acne is a disease of the teens mainly and happens because of a combination of factors such as excessive sebum, bacteria, blocking of pores etc. her dermatologst could prescribe her a facewash with salicylic or benzoyl peroxide and other non comedogenic moisturisers so her pores don’t get blocked and her oil balanace is restored.

Infrequent changes of nappies, not applying enough nappy creams and frequently cause typicaly diaper rash at this age most commonly. The ammonia from urine and faeces disrupt the skin barrier and cause irritation. Hence changing nappies frequently and applying a barrier nappy cream will help. Sometimes the irritation will lead to secondary yeast and bacterial infections. Consult a doctor if it is not better with appropriate skin care.
